We are more than happy for customers to contact us to discuss a product, if they are unsure
whether it is suitable for their vehicle as we cannot be held responsible for any purchases made
in error due to the customer not correctly observing the details of the product, images or prices.
(see Returns below)  Products will be provided as detailed in our
adverts and it is the customer's responsibility to check the details thoroughly before purchasing. 
If an error occurs due to the customer ordering an incorrect item, any costs incurred by us due
to the purchase may be deducted from their refund. (All our dials are dials faces only ) 
all pictures / images show the dials fitted in dashes to give an example only.
NO dashes are included in any sales   "Please note! on some occasions there may be
a variation in dial colours"
All efforts are taken to ensure all of our items shown on this Website are in stock but
occasionally an item may be temporarily out of  stock or sold out.
If there are any problems fulfilling your order, we will contact you immediately.

We are authorised to accept card payments over the telephone.
All transactions are only relating to you and your purchases of our products with
We do not pass on or sell any information to any third parties whatsoever.
All card transactions information is kept confidential between  Visual-performance
and the card holder.
All Items will only be sent to the card holders address as indicated
by the credit card details, this we feel will ensure the card holder will receive any good
purchased from Visual-performance.
Please note, All card transaction purchases my be subject to a 50p service charge.
We do not hold or store any credit card details.

All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate.
Prices are not shown with UK postage charges, unless stating other wise on the advert.
Please email for shipping outside the UK. We reserve the right to change/alter any
of our prices/item costs, also any postage costs at any time.

All instructions supplied by visual-All deliveries must be externally checked for damage
before signing, if there are any signs of damage you must inform Royal Mail immediately
before signing, also we must be informed Immediately via email or telephone.
Any items that fail to arrive after 5 days please email us for the item Tracking number.
All items are not considered lost until after 15 working days, (Royal Mail does not considered
any items Lost till after 15days working days)
Any lost items will be investigated by us with Royal Mail using the tracking number, this
process can take up to 15 to 20days Any items considered lost or missing after
investigation due to the postal/courier service, will be replaced or refunded in full.

Any items considered lost or missing after investigation   due to incorrect address being
supplied will not be entitled to any refunds or replacement. please ensure you give the
correct full address details.

First you must contact us for a *Exchange Ref Number. with
explanation for the exchange, Return for exchange  will only be allowed within 7 Calendar
days from receipt 
of product. Your and/or Packing Slip/Invoice must also be returned with the
Ref number also ref code of the item required. All returns for exchange must be sent
Prepaid in full, no collection of items by us due to incorrect postage payments will be
accepted. No exchange will be given on merchandise that shows signs of having been
Tampered, Installed, Modified or not returned in all the 
original packaging
No refunds on postage costs. Returns and all postage costs must be prepaid before dispatch
or exchange of any item.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied upon receiving your item, please inform us
first by email or telephone within 14 days of  purchase by Contacting us for  a *Returns
Ref Number, then you simply post the item back to us and we will be more than happy to
offer a  refund.  Delivery note or invoice must be attached as proof of purchase and
mark the package clearly with the *Returns Ref Number. No returns or exchanges will be
given on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed or modified or damaged.
All refunds are issued  once we receive the goods back, you will receive notification by
e-mail. Refunds will be issued by way of your original payment method.

We do reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchange, if the goods returned are
deemed to be damaged or tampered with.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund.
Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may
cause delays.
All refunds are in full (providing item is returned as stated) including the original postage costs,
we do not accept responsibility for any costs in returning the unwanted item to us.
